We are looking for an experienced C# Tech lead for our client, a logistics company. This position requires extensive cross-group coordination with the across region team members and customers, the ability to lead and drive the whole team on high quality delivery. You will be responsible to have thorough understanding of user stories, provide technical execution plans, and guide the team on implementing the solutions.

Your role and responsibilities:

– Demonstrate end-to-end expertise in distributed systems design, interactions between cloud technology layers and components, functions of physical network devices, and complex dependencies at scale. Defines recommended configurations for cloud technology solutions and develops or modifies the code base for infrastructures to optimize reliability, operability, and cost of supported products across organizations.

– Expand end-to-end technical expertise in the architecture, code, features, operations, and comprehensive use scenarios of products in order to drive continuous improvements in availability, reliability, efficiency, observability, and/or performance of products developed and supported across organizations.

– Drive code/design reviews with engineering teams that develop and/or support those products and shares insights, recommendations, and best practices identified via product engineering teams across organizations.

– Act as an expert resource on industry trends and advances in large-scale distributed systems and cloud technologies; develops and drives the development, implementation, and optimal utilization of new tools, technologies, and/or processes to solve ambiguous problems and improve product availability, reliability, efficiency, observability. Advocates for, and provides guidance on, the adoption of new tools, technologies, and/or processes across organizations.

Required technical and professional expertise:

More than 5 years of development experience, proficient in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, VB.Net
Experienced with high concurrency and distributed technology architecture, proficient in Redis, MongoDB, Kafka, Rabbit MQ and other middleware settings, tuning and other technologies
Knowledgeable with the application and optimization of SQL Server database
Rich experience with the application and development of cloud platforms, such as Azure
Familiar with DevOps, solid practical experience in large-scale project migration and transformation is preferred
Proved strong logical thinking, communication skills, and team leadership skills
Able to communicate in written and oral English.
