Description:

During this Text Collection project, you will generate 50 sentences per instruction in your native language. For each sentence, please provide alternative phrases while following the character limitations. The content you generate can’t duplicate the content generated by the other participants (there are 50 total). This means that the platform will remind you if your content is the same as the other people’s content, and you will make necessary changes to make it a unique entry.

Purpose:

The purpose of this study is to collect certain text to assist in developing automated suggestions for drafting emails. The results of this study may be used to develop and improve products and services, such as technologies and algorithms that operate on text. These could include machine learning, algorithms and other technologies for text recognition.

Main requirements:

  • Fair English ability to comprehend the instructions.
  • You are age 18+.
  • You are willing to take a language test (to verify your native speaker status).
  • You have access to a computer, smart phone, or tablet and a good internet connection.
  • You are a native speaker that can compose grammatically and natural-sounding sentences of the following languages:
    Arabic (Saudi Arabia) German (Germany)
    Italian (Italy) Chinese Simplified
    Portuguese (Brazil) Chinese Simplified
    Portuguese (Portugal) Chinese Traditional (HK)
    Russian (Russia) Chinese Traditional (TW)
    Spanish (Mexico) Japanese (Japan)
    Spanish (Spain) Korean (Korea)
    Turkish (Turkey) Thai (Thailand)
